John has been in the computer business since 1993 at Micros Northeast servicing corporate computer customers without interruption. John is the father of two children loves, motorcycle racing, extreme skiing and still plays hockey.

Frank graduated from the School of Management at Boston College with a Bachelors of Science degree in 1981. Frank has been in the computer business servicing corporate and educational accounts since 1984 without interruption. Frank founded Micros Unlimited in 1984 and then with Penny they founded Micros Northeast in 1993. Frank has been responsible for the company’s sales and operations since 1993 and has helped build Micros Northeast to one of the areas leading computer dealerships supplying technology to leading universities and the areas fastest growing companies. Franks work ethic and leadership has enabled Micros Northeast to not only survive in an extremely competitive marketplace but to excel and to continue to grow. Frank is a member of the Lenovo National Service Advisory Council which is a very select group of Lenovo Service Centers Frank also founded and still operates The Cieri Group an industrial real estate company located in Woburn, Ma. The Cieri Group owns and manages industrial, office and retail properties. Frank is married and the father of two children and loves boating and traveling.

Penny graduated from Whittemore School of Business at University of New Hampshire with a Bachelors of Science degree in 1987. Penny spent the next 6 years in the commercial real estate business in New England and then in 1993 with Frank they founded Micros Northeast. Penny’s business acumen and dedication helped lead Micros Northeast to become one of the areas oldest and most successful computer dealerships. Penny has been responsible for the company’s finances and as a Women Owned business Penny is very proud of her accomplishments and continues to lead Micros Northeast. Penny is married and the mother of two children and loves traveling, cooking, gardening, and charitable work.
