Return Policy

  • Most unopened items, in new condition with all original packaging* and proof of purchase can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • To request a return, please email fc@microsne.com
  • Once your return is received and inspected, Micros Northeast will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Credits will be applied to your original method of payment.
  • All shipping costs for return items are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Micros Northeast is not responsible for manufacturer's substitutions.
