    We are one of the only authorized service centers in New England for HP, Lenovo, Apple, and Dell, providing certified repairs and support directly backed by the leading manufacturers.

    How it works:

    1. Drop off your device
    2. We verify warranty coverage and diagnose the issue
    3. We complete the repair
    4. We notify you when your device is ready for pickup!

    *Warranty coverage is subject to manufacturer terms and conditions.

  • Out-of-Warranty Repairs

    If a repair is out-of-warranty, we can still help!

    How it works:

    1. Drop off your device
    2. We diagnose the issue and identify any parts needed
    3. We contact you with a repair quote for approval
    4. You decide whether to move forward with the repair or not
    5. Once approved, we complete the repair and notify you when it’s ready for pickup!

    Pricing:

    • $75 Diagnostic Fee – Covers evaluation of the device. This fee is credited toward the repair if you choose to proceed. (Due at drop off)
    • $125 Repair Labor Fee – Applies to the repair, plus the cost of any parts needed.
