Refund policy

• Only items with the original product box completely unopened and factory-sealed, in new condition and with proof of purchase, may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund.
• Once your return is received and inspected, Micros Northeast will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
• A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns.
• Micros Northeast is not responsible for manufacturer substitutions or changes.
