Micros Northeast offers pre-delivery Microsoft Windows update services to ensure that each device is up to date with the latest security patches and system enhancements before arriving at your site. Our team will power on, connect, and update each system with the most current Windows updates available at the time of configuration. This helps reduce setup time and ensures devices are ready for immediate deployment.

We provide warranty (and out-of-warranty) service for HP, Lenovo, Apple and Dell. We perform more warranty repairs for the major brands than anyone in New England! We are also able to pick up and drop off repairs with our own team and our own vehicles, making the repair process seamless for your organization.

Micros Northeast offers custom imaging services to streamline deployment and ensure consistency across your devices. Your team provides the image(s), which we securely host on our server. As devices are ordered, you can specify which image you'd like applied, and we’ll configure each device accordingly before delivery. All units are tested post-imaging to ensure proper functionality.

Micros Northeast provides secure asset disposition services, including DOD standard data wipes to ensure all information is permanently removed prior to device retirement. Our team will pick up the retired devices, perform certified DOD wipes, and provide certificates of data destruction. Devices are then responsibly recycled or repurposed in accordance with environmental standards.
